ITS DATA CLERK

37 hours per week
12 month contract
Pay rate £17.21 PAYE or £22.37 Umbrella
Hybrid (2-3 days in the office per week)
To assist the International Trade Solutions operations departments with data processing and data cleansing activities aimed at ensuring compliance to stakeholder requirements.
Effectively update the Operations Team Leaders of the progress with regards to the status of data and administration tasks carried out.
To assist the Team Leaders with ensuring that data checking, processing and filing activities are accurate, compliant and completed in accordance with the Work Instructions published for the team.
Must have excellent use of Microsoft Excel, and good use Word and Outlook

Responsibilities
- Assist with checking, processing and filing import and export CDS customs entry papers for current shipments.
- Assist with checking, processing and filing import and export CDS/CHIEF customs entry papers for previous shipments.
- Checking and data cleansing internal project assignment data is correct for import shipments.
- Assist with obtaining data and liaising with key stakeholders regarding the scrap data and processes.
- Assist with interrogating data to establish part numbers on/off aircraft status.
- Extract supplier and customer data from internal export systems and cross check against other system data such as Ricardo and import shipment register.
- Extract part numbers and commodity codes from internal export systems and cross check against other system data such as Ricardo and import shipment register.
- Assist with general data processing using internal systems.
- Assist with archiving both physical and electronic documents.
- Support the Import Team Leader with the departments’ administration tasks.
- Support the Export Team Leaders with the departments’ administration tasks.
